Well the big day for me is tomorrow, meeting the girl that I have been talking to for a while now. I am not nervous, I just hope that I can bring the good stuff.hah whatever that means. We have been talking for about 2-3 weeks now, and in that time we have learned a lot about each other. I feel that with all this talking it makes us comfortable when we meet. So when we meet it will just be a formality. I can now have a real face to go with that beautiful voice of hers.
Today is not all about getting things ready for the big date..haha. It has been somewhat over shadowed by the fact that I found out my god father passed away. I am not sure when, but I got a call from my sister this morning tell me that he passed away. It is kind of odd, since I saw him this Sat at my aunt's house. I shook his hand and told him how good he looked. He had Parkinson's disease but on Sat he was shaking like he normally was. Hence the, "you look good" statement. I can always remember the time when our birthdays would come up. Uncle Terry, my godfather/uncle, my cousin Chris and I had birthdays close together in Jan. So the whole family would come over to our house and we would have 3 separate cakes for each of us. Those were back in the days when I was younger. Now we are so dang busy that it is hard for us to see each other anymore. Last Sat was the first time I had seen him since Christmas. And my cousin Chris, who is out in the gulf somewhere, i havent seen him since 2 summers ago. It is hard for me to believe that he has passed away. Is that a bad thing? If i sit back and reminisce about our lives it is only when I was a younger boy that I remember seeing all my family together. They had this dog named baby, and every summer, baby, the dog, would have a birthday party and invite all the family and our dogs. It was a dog party!! haha they had steak and cake. It was fun times. When I was over at school, they lived about 15 to 20 mins away and they asked me to visit or stop by. You, I never did stop by. I wish I had. So today I will be silent and mourn and try and find other memories of my uncle. RIP Uncle Terry!!!

Its Friday!!!
What up!? What up!? Today is Friday the end of the work week, the start of a short but much needed weekend. So where to begin?
Today is the 29th, the day of the official iPhone release. Many people have begun lining up at stores already. There has been one incident of a fail mugging attempt. I guess there was a TV crew filming outside of an Apple store and one of the four top tech commentators was about to pull out his iphone to demo to the film crew. Then some guy goes and jumps the camera man and the tech guy. From what I heard, the police and the people in line helped to detain the would be mugger. Stupid! But a nice try!!
**edit** There is now a video of this scene circulating throughout the net. It looks as if the guy was trying to grab the mic. I couldnt hear the audio, but if he was really trying to grab the iphone he has bad aim!! But again it was a good attempt!
Another report has Steve Jobs, the big man at Apple, saying that edge is kind of slow and buggy. For those of you that dont know, edge, is a the wireless over the air network used by ATT. This is slow technology being the fact that ATT has a 3G network that Apple did not take put on the phone. The reason being that their 3G network doesnt encompass the entire US States. EVDO, the 3G equivalent, by Verizon covers the whole US states. Too bad Verizon and Apple couldn't get along!! So Steve says, edge is slow and buggy and is not good for webbrowsing. NO SHIT!! Next time you make a phone do your damn research!!
Our company just moved their email system to an outlook server. That means more spam? I dont know. But from the spam I get from outlook and my gmail I can do the following:

Happy Friday!!
Happy Friday to all those out there who are stuck at work. I feel your pain! Naked Thursday was ok. The boss left for the afternoon, so you know what they say, "when the cat is out the mice play." Well we really didn't play, but we didnt do a lot of work. After work I got my hair cut and had some dinner with my dad. After settling some bills! (BOOO!!!) I watched the last half of the CAVS / SPURS Game on the TV. Too bad the Spurs won and they are the new NBA Champions. Oh well, there is always next year. After the game I went and did my circuit weight lifting training. That was fun. After a movie and shower it was off to bed.
Today was not that different. Im at work right now just chilliln. Ok well I just came back from lunch. We went to a Sushi place right near work. It was good.
I had the bento box : Not all that stuff, just Pork cutlet (breaded strips of pork), tempura, rice and 4 California Rolls. I also got 2 spicy tuna hand rolls but that pic doesn't do it justice. This was the spiciest thing I have ever eaten. I took one bite and I literally started to sweat. Of course I had to finish it, so after I ate it my head was one big sweat ball. It was crazy. I had to take the other one home or in a box. One day I will list the sushi places in So. Cal where I have eaten and rank them by how good the sushi was for me.
One thing to note when going out for Sushi. Never go out and have sushi on a Monday. If you notice that the hole in the wall sushi places are not open on Mondays. From what I have heard, Monday is when the sushi places get their shipment of fresh fish. So Monday will be the 7 day old fish and rice while Tuesdays are the freshest sushi has ever been. This is from experience. I actually went to a Sushi place open on Monday and the there was a distinct taste to the fish and the hardness of the rice. So be forewarned!!
For those of you who are turned off on sushi, let me tell you I was also. But then I tried a California Roll. From then on I was hooked. Well let me clarify. Sushi is defined as this. Mainly though, when I think about sushi for the first time I thought of it as fish that was uncooked. I still can not eat that. I just do not like the consistency of the fish. However, I can eat other types of rolls that they have. I have tried a teriyaki Chicken roll. That was good. My favorite is the soft shell crab roll or the spider roll. I would eat the middle and save the ends, the ones with the legs, for last. That would be my Eleanore. For those of you who do not know what I mean, you might have to watch "Gone in 60 Seconds"
Now, I am here in the office, just messing around. Can't wait to start my Friday!! WOHOO!!

Happy June 1st!!
Well another week has come to a close. This week however, was a wonderful four day week, since Monday was memorial day. So yay for the holiday. It always seems that the week goes so very slow, especially on a four day week. Why is that? I would like to know, but not so much that I'd investigate what makes it so.
I called my doctor's office today since I have an appointment on Monday. I asked them if they accepted HMO since this is what the office offers. Unfortunately they only accept PPO's so I had to cancel the appointment. What a shame too because I really liked that doctor. And the nurses were hella hot!! damn!! So I am off to find another doctor. I might just go back to the doctor I had before since they accept HMO. Stupid HMOs!! blah.
Last night was the premiere of Pirate something or some crap like that. It is a survivor like show, where the contestants do pirate stuff and look for buried treasure. It look pretty good. Kind of cheesy but I wouldn't mind watching it again. They already voted or "cut off" one of the people. So, in this episode, the contestants are split up into two teams, a red and black team. Both teams received a map and a compass. Then they both paddled off to a near by island in search of their first treasure. The black team won and returned to the ship. The host told the black team the worth of the gold coins. It was based on size. The amounts were $100, $50, and $25. In total they received $40,000. The team was asked to nominate a Captain. They nominated the captain and he received half of the $40k. Then he nominated two co-captains or something like that. They split whatever was left. Any way, at the end, the Captain had to nominate 3 people to be voted off the ship. The twist here is the crew can vote off one of the three people, or they can gang up and vote the captain off. Sorry for not using the proper terms, they have escaped me at the moment. But the crew went ahead and voted off one of the guys, who was kind of cocky any way so I guess that was a good thing. So it was a good premiere IMO.
Also last night was the National spelling bee contest. Some 8th grader won. It was pretty amazing, especially how the try and decipher how the words are spelled from its origin, or the definition. So Congrats to that kid.

Well Hell.....
The count down has begun, well because I need to do something before I start to fall asleep! Its Friday 4:56pm at the start of a 3 day holiday weekend. Most everyone in the world has probably left work by now. But I am here as the lonely side kick reporting on whats going on. And what is really going on? Nothing! have you not read the first few sentences? Everyone has gone home! Any way, let's see. Today for lunch a co worker and I went to Olympia! Sounds like a good strip club but alas it is an "Authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean Cuisine" aka good kabobs!! However you come out smelling like kabobs which in most cases is a bad thing. I don't know how many people read this, wish a lot of people did but from the looks on the comments, it looks like NO ONE Reads it! OH WELL!! Maybe one day! Oh ya, in regards to kabobs the rest of the day you are burping up kabobs. Yah, thats gross whatever. NO ONE READS THIS ANYWAYS! Ok, so I have 30 mins left. Thank goodness. I could use a break.

Yup its that day of the week that all workers love some MUCH!! ITS FRIDAY!!!! YAY!! and on top of that its PAY DAY!! WOW!! this is one of the best combos there is besides PB&J. So its 10 am, and Ive been a busy bee. Ive updated and printed out the reports that I need for todays Meeting. Go ME!! On my 2nd cup of Coffee!! and I have a bagel waiting for me to eat it!! Yummy!! But as soon as the coffee wears off and the bagel is gone, I'll still be up and running cause its Friday!! ok Enough of that. Sorry folks.
I found a cool little plug in for Firefox that allows GMail to have HTML signatures. Before this, gmail never allowed HTML Signatures on their email client. But now they do. I tried it and it works. You should try it too if you use gmail. If you dont have one, I can give you an invite. Just let me know. So what is everyone doing this weekend?? I forgot...This is a 3 Day weekend!! man it keeps getting better. Any ways, lets see, all I know for now is a Bbq on Monday at my parents house for my mom's friends / ex coworkers from another job. It will be nice to see them. I havent seen them in a while. You see when I was growing up, I saw them all the time or heard about them. Thats all I knew about my mom's job. That she was an accountant for a cosmetics company run by Guillette and worked with these ladies. Pretty fun times. Now my mom works for another company. This is supposed to be her "part time job" since she retired from the other job. But in her nature she can't stop working so she is there in a full time status, and she actually got promoted. She is on her 4th year or so there. So much for a "part time" job. I think that if the incident that happened to me at LMU didnt happen I'd still be there till I died. I got so caught up or comfortable there I feared leaving. So I guess in a way it was good for me.
I talked to Marc the other day and he is contemplating moving back to the valley. He now lives in a city a stone throws away from Mexico. I think I went to visit him about 2 times or so. It is one of those weekend trips you have to plan out. But at least his gf is living a little closer so thats good. Any ways, he said if he moved back to the valley he asked if I wanted to live with him. That would be cool. I think his parents have a house somewhere in the valley that is being rented out. If that happens that would be cool. We always talked about if we had a place together it would be all techno'd out. Ya know, wireless, computers everywhere, tv's and all the game systems you can imagine. So that would be hella cool. I just wont bring my bed with me. That Mo'fo was a little son of a gun to bring to the apt and back. It is one of those memory foam beds that is 1. heavy as all hell and 2. Awkward to carry. if you stand it horizontally it will fall. Vertically, it will fall. So if I move, it is staying in my old room!
So hopefully I can save enough money. June will be a no money spending month and a all studying month. Unless the Curve comes out, which it will some time this month or early June. Same with the iPhone. But I wont get that one yet..haha Well the bagel is gone, coffee is almost done. And I think we can close another Friday Chapter. TGIF To everyone!! One Love!

Back from lunch...
2 MF blogs in one day..haha I must be bored. Hell I guess this is better than falling asleep but the day is young so we'll see how well I hold up. My co worker and I went to get some Thai food. Damn that was good. I had a combo plate of Thai chicken, spicy chicken and fried rice. it was hella good. and hella spice. I was dropping bullets of sweat...ok maybe not bullets but it got a little spicy for me, but a good kind of spicy.
So I really would like to go on a vacation. I think I deserve one. After all my hard work and stuff. haha j/k about the hard work, but I would like to have a vacation. OH VACATION GODS!! GIVE ME A VACATION!! hell i'll take a weekend trip outta the valley if I could. I just sent Jamie a text cause she took a half day off today to go to Laughlin Nv for her cousins 30th birthday!! LUCKY!! I want to go..haha woah...30 eh?? hmmm...looks like next year I'll be 30, if I can help it..haha but I think being 30 will be ok with me. Just another number even though Im getting old!! I can remember when I was still in grade school, 7th-8th grade. In my electives I was a tutor..and our group would go to the lower grades and help tutor those who needed help. Aww back in the days. But now if you ask me for help i'll tell you to F off!! haha j/k. I hope i wont do that. I think I would say.yest. and help you out. anyway, 30, the magic number. I want a big party with cake and ice cream and video games and a magician!! maybe david blane so i can have him levitate and kick him in the groin for scaring the crap out of me cause he levitated. and Id invite all my friends all 2 of them!! hahaha and we can party all day and night..yay!! haha Man im losing my mind. but i did like the part of me kicking David Blane in the groin!! haha that was fun. Try and make that disappear!!
SO yah, another few hours of work and im free to do whatever I want. but what will i do..I want to get the new Neyo cd..heard it was good all the songs. and maybe a cool hat and sunglasses..haha I dont know. I just need a change. I will see what I can do.

My Ass is on FIRE!!!!!
haha That was from one of the Dj's on the radio. Every Friday they play this montage of the funniest clips from that week while singing this song about Cali. I remember every Friday listening to that song on the radio on my way to work. It gives me chills everytime i hear it. I also pumps me up for a good hour or so so that I can get to work and be at work on time. Nothing like good old music to get the heart pumping. There is not much going on today but it is only the morning. I think I need to move closer to my friends. They are hella far away. Moving back to the valley was not a decision I wanted to make. It was something I had to do. If not, I dont know where I would be living. So anywho, me being back in the valley, with only a couple of friends still living here. Everyone else has moved out, living in LA. Living the dream!! haha whatever that dream maybe. I cant complain. I see them once in a while. I dont mind the trip down to see them but with gas prices going up, I just dont know. Stupid gas prices. I think I fill up at $51 or so dollars. That is with my car running on fumes, giving me that light that says " if you dont fill up im going to not work and a big semi truck is going to hit you from behind" so with that, I pull into the next gas station. So ya, $50 + to fill up, and that is with the lowest grade. I know my friend, she just bought a new car. and she has to fill up with the highest grade cause she is baller status like that. Any who, i think they spent about $80 to fill up!! damn!! that is like 3 hours of work just to fill up gas! haha ok maybe not, but still. Crazy!! STUPID GAS STUFF!! LOWER YOUR DAMN PRICES ALREADY!!!
I like that Purple color..Purple Purple!! haha I think im losing my mind!! So on my way to work, if im not talking to jamie, im singing along with my cds and talking to myself. Is that normal?? I really hope so. if not, i guess i'll be going to the Looney bin or whatever that thing is called. I dont know, padded walls where I can run and jump at the walls and not get hurt? Good idea!! but knowing me and my joints, id hurt something!! blah!! haha DAMN THESE GENES!!!! See purple again. That is a reccuring theme today..yay!!
So Marc is playing bball in a league with a bunch of people. he is one of THOSE people who live NOT in the valley!! haha anywho, he got me thinking and wanting to play ball again. I havent played since forever. I think since 2001 or so when our group of friends get together on thanksgiving and play ball. Anywho, that day hurt me..haha I couldnt walk for the rest of the weekend. I may have to get new shoes. But that could change since i wear New balances now. These shoes seem to fit me better so that is good. So I am thinking that I may go grab or buy and new basketball and slowly get myself back into bball shape. Ive been doing the eliptical machine, but that doesnt help with jumping and shooting. I know for a fact that Once you havent run or jumped for a while, you have to retrain your body to do that. So that will be a summer project. Try to run and jump with the best of them. That way, I wont get bored with lifting and just play some basketball. We'll see. GOOD LUCK TO ME!! A different purple! This is one of the longest free flowing blogs I have ever made. Cool. Im happy with that and with myself right now. I guess im just happy to be here. ff from thinkgeek. Not a lot of stuff, but just some new toys. like this cool bluetooth receiver. It is basically a regular telephone receiver but without the wires!! pretty cool!! and I got some super mario stuff for the office. its all good. Im happy about it. You can see the phone below!! Im a GEEK!! YAY! It doesnt matter. Just as long as I am happy.

I like that Purple color..Purple Purple!! haha I think im losing my mind!! So on my way to work, if im not talking to jamie, im singing along with my cds and talking to myself. Is that normal?? I really hope so. if not, i guess i'll be going to the Looney bin or whatever that thing is called. I dont know, padded walls where I can run and jump at the walls and not get hurt? Good idea!! but knowing me and my joints, id hurt something!! blah!! haha DAMN THESE GENES!!!! See purple again. That is a reccuring theme today..yay!!
So Marc is playing bball in a league with a bunch of people. he is one of THOSE people who live NOT in the valley!! haha anywho, he got me thinking and wanting to play ball again. I havent played since forever. I think since 2001 or so when our group of friends get together on thanksgiving and play ball. Anywho, that day hurt me..haha I couldnt walk for the rest of the weekend. I may have to get new shoes. But that could change since i wear New balances now. These shoes seem to fit me better so that is good. So I am thinking that I may go grab or buy and new basketball and slowly get myself back into bball shape. Ive been doing the eliptical machine, but that doesnt help with jumping and shooting. I know for a fact that Once you havent run or jumped for a while, you have to retrain your body to do that. So that will be a summer project. Try to run and jump with the best of them. That way, I wont get bored with lifting and just play some basketball. We'll see. GOOD LUCK TO ME!! A different purple! Last Night....
So last night was the first night I had dinner with my parents since about a month give or take a day after they left for the Philippines. it is great to have them home. I find that I have to do less work than when they were not at home. That is sad but what can I do? after i get home from work, the fish/dog have already been fed, and the trash has been taken out. So any ways, after dinner they went to the hospital to visit their friend. I went out to pick up a few supplies. The main supply that I picked up was a Moleskine notebook. Basically it is a small black notebook into which i can write down lists of projects, needs / wants, or anything that I deem appropriate. This time I am going to write down a lot of things and hopefully get a lot of items accomplished. I need to do this for me. This way I can be a more well rounded responsible person.
Today is Friday and the boss it out of the office. I am just sitting around checking my forums and blogs. Not a lot is going on. Just waiting for those small fires come pop up so that I can eliminate them. So we shall see what happens today. Yesterday I created a new background for my PC. I like it. OK well i think that is it for now.
